We want you to be happy with MyGamePlan. If you're not satisfied with a purchase — whether that's a one-time plan unlock or a Pro subscription — you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund:

  1. Go to paddle.netand look up your order using the email address you purchased with.
  2. Follow the prompts to request a refund, or contact Paddle support directly from that page.
  3. You can also email us through the in-app support flow and we'll help coordinate with Paddle on your behalf.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from your Account page or via the Paddle customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel within 30 days of your initial purchase, you're eligible for a full refund as described above.

After the 30-day window

Refund requests made after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by Paddle in line with their refund policyand applicable consumer-protection laws in your country (which may grant you additional statutory rights).
